How to return
You will be provided with a return bag, simply place your clothes in and add the enclosed label to the front.
It isn’t necessary to wash them beforehand as we make sure they are perfectly clean before sending them out again.
Please ensure that your package has been dropped off at your local post office on your chosen return date so they can get back to us in time.
Rental period and late fees
The rental period begins when you receive your items in the post, and ends when you drop your package off at your local post office.
If the items are not dropped off at the post office before the end of the agreed rental period, you will be charged an additional late fee.
A fee of £15 will be charged to the card you originally made the order with, for every day that passes after the end of the agreed rental period.
If the item is not returned within 30 days this is counted as a loss/theft so you will be charged the full cost of the items.
Damage and theft
If the products are damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the full amount for the items.
After 30 days of lateness, your order will be counted as a theft and you will be charged the entire amount of the product on top of the 30 days of late fees you have already been charged.
You are responsible for the safekeeping of all products while they are in your care
Accidental damage cover
An additional damage cover can be added at the end of your hire order for an additional £5 (we highly recommend this option)
If you have decided to add accidental damage cover, you are covered for all repairable damages such as: broken zips, missing buttons, ripped seams and removable stains.
If you are unsure about the extent of the damage please get in touch with us and supply photos of the garment and we will let you know if it is repairable; our decision is final.
